Live Link data is not coming through in a packaged game (UE 4.26, Windows)

We are using Live Link plugin and Live Link data is received and applied in Play/Simulate mode the Editor but not in a packaged game.
Tried using node “Apply to Client” but it didn’t help, character stays in T pose while the data for different pose is being sent.
The game is running in UE 4.26 on Windows.

Is there something we can do to make it work in a packaged game?
