Line Trace by Channel Replication Question

Hello,

Im having an issue getting a Line Trace by Channel that Im using for a weapon to replicate properly.

I just finished the tutorial : Introduction to Blueprint Networking - 5 - Adding Networked Features to 3rd Person Template - Part 1 and 2

Now I am attempting create another weapon. Below is in my character bp in the event graph. When i set the “Sever Test Shoot” custom event’s Replicates value to “Run on Server” and Reliable nothing happens. When I switch that to Mulitcast, or Run on owing client it works just for that client. What is missing, or setup wrong that is not allowing it to be replicated properly?
