hello I have a problem with the power of LM when I add lights in my render. Normally a light is 300lm in the real world but when à choose this sensitivity, the light is to strong like a fireball … I can’t chose more than 1 or 2 lm … when I look tutorials on YouTube, people don’t have the same problem. I m not alone, I have friends who have the same problem too …

Would you be able to share a screenshot that shows this? 300lm is the default intensity value for lights in Twinmotion, so this should be an average light intensity, and shouldn't be too bright. If you can share what 300lm looks like in Twinmotion for you, that might help me determine what might be going wrong.
In the meantime, one possible reason for incorrect light intensities could be a damaged configuration. Following the steps in the Twinmotion is not visible after splash screen article should reset your configuration and might resolve this.

I have the same problem with power of light sourses. I use only 1-2-10 lm in my render.
