Lightning issue when applying material to landscape actor

Hello,

I followed the tutorial from 4. Using the Grass Tools | Unreal Engine Documentation but after applying the created grass material on landscape and re-building I get a messaging stating “Instanced meshes don’t yet support unique static lightning for each LOD. Lightning on LOD+1 may be incorrect unless lightmap UVs are the same for all LODs.”

And also the texture over landscape looks horrible. Is anything I could be missing? I am using the latest Unreal Engine version.
