Good Afternoon,
We’re running into a problem with swarm I’m hoping someone can help with. We have students running the engine in one of our school computer labs. They have standard User permissions. In Windows 7, they could build their maps without a problem. We upgraded to Windows 10 over the summer. Now when students try and build lighting, they get “Lightning Build Failed. Swarm Failed to Kick off.” It happens on all of the computers in the lab. If an administrator logs in, it runs without a problem.
Unfortunately, I need to find a work-around, as the district would never go for students having full admin access in their labs. I’m sure schools around the world are using the engine, so I’m hoping someone else has worked a solution out for this.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
