Two issues:

1. The visibility state of the outline view is overridden by the LightMixer. Refer to video: LightMixer1.mp4

2. Deleting any light in the LightMixer causes the visibility state to be lost. Refer to video: LightMixer2.mp4

Expected behavior:

1. The visibility states of the outline view and LightMixer should synchronize, not be overridden (cleared) by the LightMixer

2. The LightMixer should not lose visibility states due to deletion operations
