Lightmass not coming up rightly

Hi All,
please look at the attached image. every I tems Light maps has been created. and light map resolution has been taken care of, but still I am getting this kind of Image. Could anybody help me.

I am creating lightmass at medium level.

What exactly are you talking about? About the Light leak at the top of the image?
To reduce Light Leaking you need to make sure that your objects to not overlap each other too much where one mesh fully “pierces” through one mesh and is visible on the other side.

you can shut down texture streaming in the project

I did that and it solved problem, but it creates jitterness in motion.
