I’m creating a medium size interior scene,most actors are blueprint but have no complex design,just make a unity "prefab-like" actor class,nothing else.
several days ago,when I’m done with this scene,i try to bake the light,everything’s good,nothing strange,with gpu lightmass.
here comes the error
today i did some adjustments,after baking several times it seems makes no sense.first error is lightmaps seems gone,but in lightmap menu the bake results are still there.due to the huge light set,i can not operate anything,so i did this again and again,but the results seems the same,lightmaps there,still error.
i tried to delete the builtdata see if it’s the problem,but no,not this one.
i still notice my vram got “exhausted”,out of ****mb or somewhat. does the lightmap have a “pool” theory like the rvt pool? after baking this scene ue create 11000+ lightmaps,is there a limit that ue could not load too many lightmaps? and if not then what cause this error?
