hi i have designed a model and applied my own uv texture, but I get this problem when in perspective mode on ue4, but when I go to unlit my texture looks fine, can somebody suggest anything that may help
You need a second UV channel with no overlapping faces if you are going to use that door as a static mesh with static lighting. Search the forums for lightmap UV’s, there already are a couple of threads on this topic.

Also make sure that you add a lightmass importance volume + a better lightmap resolution -> then you will get a very good result
