Why if in the editor i see this lighting:
In the play mode it looks like this:
Please help me, i tried changing values but nothing happened 
Did you build lighting?
Also, you may have certain visual features turned off in your viewport. Go into your viewport options and make sure that all your post FX are turned on, most likely something is turned off.
I always build the lights 
Ehm… where i have to search the viewport options? Because i didn’t find it
