Lighting or Rendering Issue with 3 or more players in split screen?

So it works fine with 2 players, but add in a third and the rendering goes all washed out and weird. It also doesn’t have the same kind of ‘eyes getting accustomed to the light level’ effect that it normally has, so I am assuming lighting is at least part of the issue.

Any ideas? There’s no post process on this map (that I can tell, I don’t remember adding one and there’s not one showing up in the outliner).

Edit:
I have narrowed it down to being a Lumen / global illumination issue… it seems that after the third player gets added, it stops using Lumen and instead uses screen space (or something, or nothing at all maybe?)

I (think) I have narrowed it down to being a Lumen / global illumination issue… it seems that after the third player gets added, it stops using Lumen and instead uses screen space (or something, or nothing at all maybe?)

I can only guess at this though by turning off the Lumen GI setting in the main settings and seeing the image change to something that also looks washed out. Still no clue on a solution however, as I obviously need GI working all the time.

Yes for now Lumen only works with 2 players splitscreen, i’m not sure if they plan to make Lumen work for 4 players splitscreen, i’m a bit sad about it too ;_;

I am using ue5.3 and I positive player1(thesecond player) does not have lumen lighting. I am only using 2 players splitscreen. Did you have to enable for 2player to work with lumen?

hmmm you don’t need to enable it, Lumen works with 2 local players out of the box ^^ Maybe one of your players is out of the postprocess volume ??
