Lighting issues on imported .obj [Modified UV'S]

Hi people, I’m doing a modular scenery and when I build the lights appear a few lighting issues in several points of the scenery.

This is when I realized that the UV’s were modified by the triangulation. If I triangulate the Mesh inside MAYA occurred the same. And is affecting to the whole Static Meshes.

Is there any way to preserve the UV’s when triangulating?
