Lighting issue regarding extra shadows being created after hitting play from a camera viewport.

I am currently running into a lighting issue. For context, when I am not in a camera viewport within my level and hit the play button, the lighting works correctly; however, after I hit the stop button and I end in the camera viewport and click play again, it creates extra shadows and darkens the lighting? But as long as I move my view not in the camera viewport the lighting works correctly? Is this a lighting issue or a camera issue?
