Lighting is way too dark

Guys my game is way too dark, no matter how many lights I add to the scene, it makes no difference whatsoever, please have a look at this:

As no one seems to be replying on the forum and I’d really appreciate some help!

Adjust the light attenuation and intensity?

Place in a skylight - this controls shadows and ambient lighting - crank it up to increase level brightness without lights.
