Lighting having multiple unwanted effects

Hello, me again with another lighting problem, I created a lamp post in blender, no texture just a blank one for testing, tried to ad a point light where the bulb should be but I am getting multiple effects, placing the light in the scene I get this…

when I build the lights I get this (seems to be only taking in the directional light)

and when playing the game I get this

I have tried disabling the directional light and skylight and it just is pitch black and very slowly start to see a small light in the centre of the screen (unrelated to the point light). what am I doing wrong here?

lightmap (resolution or how they are packed) of the floor ?
Try a spotlight instead ?

it’s not the floor as the hedges on the right have the same effect, they both have roughness at max, ill try a spotlight but I really wanted a globe effect like a real street light

spotlight is doing the exact same thing, no change at all.

I have no idea why it is doing it because it looks fine on the preview and only screws up when building, it seems like any point and spot light wont render, any idea what might be causing that?

after doing a bunch more trial and error testing it seems point and spot lights aren’t rendering when playing the game, maybe attached to the camera? when using simulation everything works perfect, anyone know what is going on?

u could shoot me the project so i can have a look - will probably be faster than trying to guess what’s wrong.
