Lighting Complexity Problem

Hi there. Im currently trying to optimize my project which is a studio setting with quite a few lights and LED screens. Im using mostly dynamic lighting with standard lumen settings. When I open the lighting complexity view mode its basically all white, which should be quite problematic as I understand since it puts a strain on shader compiling. Is there a way to reduce the complexity while not dratically reducing the light sources or the quality?
Additionally when I hide all lights the complexity stays similar.
