Lighting and textures broke overnight, UE 5.2.1

Alright so, I’m working with a small team on a game project. As of yesterday, we had our scene looking like this:

Lighting works, texturing works, and even some subsurface stuff, cool. But after editing animations and UI whatnot separate from the actual environment objects, etc, it ended up like this today:

I have no idea why some textures are blacked out now, even when I try reimporting the maps. The directional light outside just, doesn’t cast shadows now. And the lamps, in general, are messed up, though that could be the render not doing the point light intensity right, not sure.

As far as I’m aware, nobody adjusted project settings or messed with the models, materials, or lights. I’d appreciate any insight on what could have happened and how to go about fixing it.

Note: I’m on an M1 macbook, this is UE 5.2.1, we’re using Github and even reverting to an older version doesn’t fix this issue.
