Lighting and Reflection Problems

Two problems with lights :

  1. Stationary light goes through walls. It’s set to not emit any shadows since I’m using real-time lighting and I already have 4 lights with shadows in the scene. The light goes through a wall in a very weird way though, like there’s no wall in the way over there.
What’s the way to fix this?

First picture is taken from inside the wall so you can see how everything is set up.

  1. Light reflects through walls too? Now this is weird - I have a light source on the other side of these walls, but looking at the ceiling reflects those lights even if there are no gaps between the walls and the ceiling. I don’t even know what’s causing this… Any help? Thanks.

PS I couldn’t upload the pics to the forum, some database error.

Bump, anyone??

If the light in question is not casting shadows, then there is nothing there to stop it from bleeding through the wall.

So if I don’t have ‘make shadows’ on there’s no way to stop them?

Theoretically it might be feasible to use a light function.

Or I can just use static shadows for these two to go over the limit. The shadows there will be more pixelated, but it’ll be just on these two lights so it’s fine. Anyway, my other question?

Anyone on the second question?
