Light sources flickering and generatic weird things

Hello
So I was trying to make corridor lighting using spot lights as main light source. I have enabled lumen, nanite and cast ray tracing shadows. When I fly around I got this strange effects as shown on the film. Can someone help me repair this? I am using NVidia RTX 3050 Ti, maybe this is the problem. I’ll add that this effect seems to go away when I disable “cast ray traced shadows” on the lighting, but I need that for shadow smoothing. These lights are also stationary.
