Hi everybody. im new in UE. I use it for preprodiction in film industry and I have a problem with reflected light.
This effect dissapears when im turning off specular in material parameters

I solved the same problem by fiddling with the auto exposion settings. That’s the only reason.
unfortunatly it doesnt work for me. the problem is that when you see surface that reflects light with propper angle it relfects lot of light but if you cut this area with viewer you are loosing this relfection and if you changing the camera angle but still see that area it also disappears.
for now the only one solution that i have found is to turn off lumen and work with screen space but in this case i need to rebuilt lights all the time that doesnt work to me…
Check the lumen debug view under Lit, make sure the scene is represented well.
Could also try turning off screen traces for lumen.
how to turn it off cant find it.

With the console command r.Lumen.ScreenProbeGather.ScreenTraces 0 and r.Lumen.Reflections.ScreenTraces 0
