I’m a beginner here in TM and I’m creating a night scene, some lights are passing through walls and roof and their brightness radiates to places where it shouldn’t.
In addition to the roof, there are slabs and lining that should block the irradiation of the lights.
Hey there, that’s totally normal behavior until you actually render the scene. Click the pathtracer icon (left icon of the top center bar) and see if the light stops spilling once the scene is rendered. You may also need to set your quality to at least high to have things like weather effects display properly.
I’ve also had some weird things with my materials due to importing issues. Ensure your (non-transparent) materials have “double-sided” checked and also “Weather,” otherwise some weird stuff happens. To do it quickly, use the eyedropper tool and click on a surface…it will pull up the material on the side and you can adjust the settings.
