Summary
Whenever you switch back to the light machine gun after having equipped another item in your inventory, the LMG will not appear in the player’s hands.

Steps to Reproduce

Place an item spawner and add a LMG to it. Also add some other item to switch to.

Launch a session.

Pick up both items. Equip the LMG, then switch to the other item, then switch back to the LMG.
Expected Result
LMG should work like normal and appear in the players hands when switching back to it.
Observed Result
After switching from the other item, back to the LMG, the LMG no longer appears in the players hands and it will stay like that until they respawn.
