I’m having a problem with my current lumen rendering. I have a two rectangle lights acting like the car’s headlights. As you can see in the video below the lights flicker and behave weirdly. Any help?
Greetings @Kurramm
I’ve saw this issue prior. This video isn’t from Epic. It’s from some community user, I believe. But, he does a good job explaining some ways to resolve the lumen light flickering. Give this a peek and let me know how it works. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zfc11Agbk-U
Thanks for the reply. I’ll try it out and report back
volumetric fog has limited distance and resolution. at the center point the light pretty much travels thru the grid. and flips voxels on or off. resulting in unstable bloom. you could try a spotlight with a lil larger source radius to fill out a couple more voxels. you could also fake this effect with some light cones or an additive billboard sprite in front of the lights. it’s a fake but should be more stable.
Didn’t work for me, sadly.
Right on. I see that you marked it as resolved from glitch’s reply. I hope it was fixed!
