light flickering and creating double vision

i have this problem where my lighting makes a double vision effect, not just for this project as well it has happened with other.
which makes objects (walls, chairs, characters flicker and get double vision

i cant find a single person who has experienced this or has a solution

please please please help

Looks like the latest Nvidia driver problem. Try rolling back your Nvidia driver to an earlier version.

Hey! I was also facing this issue. Someone told me on the form to paste this console command in cmd (r.shadow.denoiser 0). This works, but it will make your lights noisy.
