Here is a new build 2017-10-23, vorbislibs-aotuv, that support SSE3 instructions.
I found out from properties of Fortnite engine libvorbis_64.dll that: it is an older version 1.3.2, and build date 2015.
So besides a version update, This recompile should help with engine optimization.
