Level sequence out of render bug

Summary

Ok so i have some rocks in a level sequence who are moving back and forth as platforms. Problem is that player spawn is much further away, so when the player gets there its bugged. So i made the sequence not play until the player is close, then it works for that player. However, if another player joins and gets there later, the rocks are standing still on their end, but they are still moving for the first person. The first person can interact and stand on them as usual, but the second player will just phase through since the rocks are not actually there

Steps to Reproduce

place out rocks not within spawn render distance
make a level sequence where the rocks flaot back and forth
go to said rocks

Expected Result

The rocks should be moving in accordance with the level sequence

Observed Result

When set to start on game start, the sequence is laggy and teleports the rocks. When starting on player being close it works for that player, but any player after will not have the sequence play
