Let players change their car skin in the creative changing booths

Players spend money on their cars and would like to not have to go to the lobby every time they want to change it.

It would be more convenient and there was no reason for this feature to have been removed in the first place.

Driving games are not as fun for players because they need to unnecessarily go to the lobby all the time to personalize their car.
