Me and my friend play every creative map together. We are on the same level, play the same map, do the same things at the same time and the same amount. We play each map only once. The only difference, he plays on PlayStation 5 and i play on my switch.
He gets DOUBLE the XP than i do. That is an insane amount of difference, considering we should get the same, due to doing the exact same things. I figured it might be a switch problem.
I don’t know, i just want it fixed. It’s discouraging to see him always ahead of me because of this.
Steps to Reproduce
One player plays on the switch, whilst the other plays on a PlayStation. Both on the same level.
Enter a creative map on private, together. Do the same activities at the same time, and there’ll be a huge difference.
Expected Result
Player on the PlayStation gets double the XP compared to the switch player
This happing to me all the time my partner plays ps5 and im on the switch he gets more than double the amount of xp which is not fair making to so much harder for me to het levels on the battle pass would like a reson why this is as i fell cheated?
This also happens when I play with my son. He’s on Nintendo switch, I’m on ps4. We both started a new creative map together, so neither of us has ever played it before, and I was getting double the xp compared to him. It isn’t only this map, o thought maybe it was because he’d played the others more than me, but this was a new one for the both of us. I always wondered why I would fly through the battle pass compared to him when he plays more than I do. So this DOES happen. It’s not a question, Epic. So please don’t act like this isn’t an issue.

It’s the same for me and my wife playing the same games in creative mode, I win 2x or 3X her XP point (40% of the time), but sometimes (10% of the time) she win 2x my XP point and the rest of the times (50%) we win the same…
So EPIC GAMES please explain us why they are such a difference?
We play together to progress together but with those bugs it impossible…
This is happening to me too. I play exclusively with my husband and he’s more than 100 levels above me this season because of the difference. In the map we’re currently playing (creative) he’s getting over 10x the XP I do for the same actions!? I get 24xp per hit, he’s getting 278xp per hit. I’ve seen some places say it may be having the battle pass but it doesn’t matter if he has the battle pass or not (sometimes he doesn’t but I always do) he still always gets more XP. How am I supposed to finish the pass when I get tiny amounts of XP compared to console and PC? How is this fair? And WHY has this not been fixed?
