I’m trying to create a landscape material by blending two Quixel Bridge material textures. I’m following as tutorial and create a Lerp node and assign one texture to A and another to B using a UV mask I create in Gaea.
If I only use one texture to A in the Lerp node and save the material, my landscape shows that texture in all the black areas. If I swap that texture to B, it shows in all the white areas. However, when I assign a second texture to A or B, only one texture shows across the entire landscape. I’m using a rock texture and a grass texture, and no matter what arrangement I do, the rock texture always shows on top of grass if both are assigned to the Lerp node.
I’m sure I’m making some dumb rookie mistake, but I’m lost. Thanks!
