Summary
Legacy bandages, legacy small shield potion and legacy shield potion share the same icon and look as their regular counterparts.
This It makes it a bit difficult to distinguish them in the inventory as they still have the same modern design of the regular ones and the only graphical difference that they have is just “Legacy” in their name

Steps to Reproduce
In the Items tab in the inventory, search for bandages, small shield potion or shield potion
Expected Result
You’ll find two version of these healing items, but the legacy versions should also have their early design that they had in Chapter 1 (like the healing items that actually have in Fortnite OG mode).
In this way those legacy healing items will be more “old school” and will be easier to distinguish them from their normal counterparts with their modern icons
Observed Result
Actually these items above mentioned have the same graphical appearance as their modern versions, making them mostly look like clones than older versions.

As for the medkit, which between Chapter 1 and today has never received a graphical change, it could be fixed by making the legacy version common rarity like it looked in the very first days of Fortnite Battle Royale, during the Pre-Season
