I’ve done a scan with a turntable/lazy susan and was wondering about the workflow within Reality Capture. I know you need masks so the software doesn’t get confused with the background… I’ve tried looking for a tutorial online but I can’t find anything…
Any advice you guys could give would be great, thanks!

indeed you can use mask where you will mask everything except the captured object.
Or you can capture it in front of neutral (without features) screen and on those images should be visible only object and that screen.
Also, you need to change the capturing views to different heights (there should be difference around 15 degrees between image lines) and you should achieve around 75% side overlap.
