Summary

Lava does not deal damage or bounce the player. No fiddiling with the settings or pushing changes can make it work again. It was working this morning, and yesterday, but constantly broke as well. Now it just doesnt work no matter what I do.

Steps to Reproduce

Place any lava tile. None of the lava works despite “Is lava surface” being turned on.

Expected Result

Lava works as intended.

Observed Result

Lava does not deal damage, bounce players or respond to settings being changed.

This is also not working on FNC. Platform:PS5

I have the same issue. I tried all Lava Tiles available and none of them damages or bounces the player. UEFN as on 04/06/2024 version.

I found a fix: If you use the lava island template and copy the lava from there, it works much more consitently than just placing lava tiles.

My lava was working, now it’s not. Please help!

The last time I playtested this it worked, which should be this private island code: 5938-9638-6061

Now I can just stand on the lava. I swear I fix one thing and another breaks :frowning:

Please advise. Of course I have ‘Lava suface’ enabled or whatever the flag is. As I said, it was working and I made no changes except for updating FN and now it’s broken.

we are seeing this as well

FORT-873200 has been created and its status is ‘Unconfirmed’. This is now in a queue to be reproduced and confirmed.
