Launching a windows build

I get the following message appear when launching my.exe. I have cooked the content and followed the instructions in the message with no success

Any ideas? I;m using 4.11 and this project was converted from 4.10

If these solutions do not work, could you let me know whether or not this happens if you create a new project in 4.10 and convert it to 4.11?
