Summary
My new Epic account does not receive the Unreal Engine entitlement. In Epic Games Launcher 20.3.5 on Windows 11, Unreal Engine > Library shows no engine versions, and “Install Engine” and “+” do nothing. The EULA is never shown. The launcher log says “found 0 entitled apps”. Same issue as forum threads 2840448 and 2838052.
