Large scale mesh looks bad on path tracer


Can anyone help how to fix this artefact, tried several things with the mesh settings but nothing fix the issue. The mesh looks clean in Lumen. Thank you in advance

Hey there @d-Branzy! Welcome back to the community! It’s possible the artifacting is coming from being outside of the path traced shadow range if it seems to get better when getting closer. Does the command r.Shadow.DistanceScale 0 alleviate the issue?

Thanks for the answer, tho it’s doesn’t seems to have any effect. But found a way to fix thru adjusting the camera near clip to 0.00008.
