Large commits in URC require users to be pressing the button 4+ times for it to work

Summary

When you have a large commit to URC, or a large sync, and your internet connection isn’t that great (VDSL), then you need to keep pressing sync or check-in multiple times, for the action to happen.

Steps to Reproduce

On a large complex map, create HLODs
On a VDSL connection (50 Mbps) commit the HLODs (have to be at least 300mb)

Expected Result

Commit to pass through

Observed Result

HLODs do not commit, they require pressing the button multiple times after failing to commit
