Landscape splines modify terrain even when Raise/Lower Terrain are disabled in UEFN 41.00

Summary

Since updating to UEFN 41.00, landscape splines still modify terrain even when both Raise Terrain and Lower Terrain are disabled. Before the update, this worked correctly and allowed a track/spline to be placed without changing the landscape. Now the terrain raises up and covers parts of the track.

World Building

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a UEFN project with a landscape.
  2. Create or edit a landscape spline for a track.
  3. Turn off both Raise Terrain and Lower Terrain on the spline.
  4. Place or move the spline across the landscape.
  5. The terrain still changes and can raise over the track.

Expected Result

When Raise Terrain and Lower Terrain are disabled, the landscape should not be modified by the spline.

Observed Result

The landscape is still modified by the spline even when Raise Terrain and Lower Terrain are disabled. In some cases the terrain raises and covers portions of the track.

Additional Notes

This appears to be a regression introduced in UEFN 41.00. The same workflow worked correctly before the update. I use landscape splines for track creation and disabling Raise Terrain and Lower Terrain previously prevented any terrain modification. Screenshot attached showing both options disabled while the issue is present.

You need to select segments, not points, and then everything will work. In the screenshot you can see that the segment is highlighted in orange.
