And when I hit play my map deform on it’s alone, and give me this
And when I launch the game it works fine

From what you describe you have a landscape that is fine when launching but when you play it deforms. There are a few possibilities.
I have a couple of questions for you to help narrow down this issue.
1.) Do you have any LOD’s on your terrain?
2.) In the Viewport under the lit tab do you have any visualizers enabled or is it set to auto?
