Are you using a AMD GPU? Disabling a smart setting fixed it for me

UE5 lagging when opening right click menu

In UE 5.4.2 with AMD GPU RX 7900 XTX, I get this stutter issue as well and as @GabToTheMax points out not using the editor in fullscreen fixes the issue. After looking over the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition settings I have found that turning off the Smart Technology setting, AMD Smart Access Memory fixes it. [Screenshot 2024-07-16 125434]
