Hi,
I’m experiencing a lag/stuttering issue only when placing builds in my Red vs Blue map (map code: 5297-9698-0908). This started after an update a long time ago (I’m unsure which one), but initially, build editing worked fine the first time i published the map.
Troubleshooting I’ve tried:
- Optimized the map extensively (e.g., HLODs).
- Compared it to my other heavier maps where build editing works normally.
The issue seems isolated to this map. Does anyone have suggestions for a fix? Thanks!

Steps to Reproduce
The process follows the standard steps for map creation: design the level, then place devices. However, the key difference in my map compared to others is that I’ve scaled up certain props (like obstacle course floors and walls), as you can see in the map. That’s essentially the main unique aspect and might be the cause the bug.
Expected Result
It should works fine. i did test scaled up the props just like i did on my red vs blue map. Other example is on my other map ( 9322-9126-6756 ) and no issue at all.
Observed Result
No issue at all when i tested my game mechanic and upscaled props.
