Using Killswitch Revolvers in a mutator zone with shooting disabled causes the setting to stop working, allowing any weapon to be fired.

Steps to Reproduce
Place a mutator zone with fire disable, then use the new duals weapons try to jump and use the hability then will allow u to fire
Expected Result
Never allow fire in mutator zone
Observed Result
Once you use an ability with the duals, the mutator zone allows you to fire
