Keeping my lidar scans fixed when aligning images

Hello - I am absolutely tearing my hair out trying to work out what my optimal settings in reality capture should be for this situation - so any help would be greatly appreciated ! I have lidar which has been aligned in cyclone register 360 and fixed to a point using UCS. I am

bringing those ptxs into Reality Capture and checking the alignment. The lidar alignment is spot on to stage as it should be.

Once I add the photogrammetry images, the entire point cloud shifts upwards off the grid - every ■■■■ time. How do I tell it to stay fixed to the lidar alignment settings and stop trying to float away?

Here’s some screenshots of my current settings

Hello @nacs1234
Can you show also the 3D view and the movement of the cloud?
When you check the laser scan’s registration pose, is this also changed after alignment with the images?
