i want to keep using v 1.3 of RC (1.4 doesn’t launch i tried everything) but i can΄t export. i get that message. Does anyone know if this is possible? What should I do when I see this message?

It is not possible to buy PPI credits anymore, so you will need to use 1.4.1 version to provide the exports.
What error are you getting when you want to launch RealityCapture?

I actually don’t get any messages.
I click on launch and it says that it is running but nothing happens.
I suspect it is due to the graphics card driver.
i’m still using windows 7 and for some reason i can’t install the latest driver.
You wrote that you tried everything. Have you tried also the solutions from this post: Course: Introducing RealityCapture 1.4?

i updated gpu driver and the problem steel exists.
i press launch
it says “running” but nothing happens
it returns to launch

GPU update is not everything. In the attached post there are more possible solutions for this issue.

I thought it was the graphics card
because I couldn’t install the latest driver.I consulted a technician and the problem with the card was solved. however there is still the problem with the launcher

exept sending the log file
i will send it now.
Have you tried also the advices from the other customers in that post?
