Summary
When turning on “Keep State” in the “When Finished” setting for actors in a cinematic sequence seems to show the beginning of the animation to join in progress players even though the animation should show the actor how it looks at the end of the animation. Hard for me to explain in words but I can show properly what I mean with video evidence.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a cinematic sequence and add an actor to it with a transform track
- make the animation move from left to right, up down, etc. and make it short, ending at the last keyframe
- Right click on the transform track and hover over “edit section,” find the 'When Finished" setting and change it to “Keep State”
- add the sequence to a cinematic sequence device and have it play on game start
- Make a private code
- Have one person launch the game from the start to make sure that they can see the animation run properly
- have another person join in progress
Expected Result
When the animation plays, the actor should keep state and the player that started the match should see it correctly. When the other player joins in progress, they should see the same thing
Observed Result
The player sees the actor keep its state, but the join in progress player sees the object in its original state

Additional Notes
As you can see, with me joining in progress, the doors im pointing at with the sniper scope should be open because it keeps state, but for me it shows them closed. I know tha players who werent join in progress can see the doors open because of my own testing and the fact that I’ve observed players shooting others from inside the boats, which they wouldn’t be able to do if the doors were closed for them. If you play our map and let the next round begin, the doors will function just fine the rest of the map(We have updated it so u may not be able to see the issue anymore). We are now using a workaround but it would be nice to have this fixed since its more efficient.
