Kawaii Physics - Simple fake physics to sway bones more easily and more cutely

Does anyone know how to handle/ the import steps for:
How to have different [child] Hair bones on the same body Skeleton - so I can use the same body anims - but have Kawaii wiggle the hair bones differently?

  • Meaning: My character is a Body mesh and a Head mesh (so I can use different Hair meshes).
  1. So I want to Import the Body mesh (the main body skeleton) + 1 head (with or without Hair meshes/bones) - and this becomes UE4’s Skeleton (that clothes etc will use this matching skeleton).
  2. But when I select the same Body mesh + Head 2 (different hair bones), then only the hair bones will change, but how do I import this? At Import, Which skeleton do I select so that this 2nd import can use the matching body clothes/anims?
  • (Ive seen monster SK meshes that share a common skeleton (body-frame bones) - so they can share the same anims. But then one SK has extra child bones, while still using the matching body-frame bones. How do I setup/Import child-bone differences?)
