Create a test topic on Discourse(UEFN/FAB) with uploaded image
Trigger automation by adding escalation tags or voting the topic
Follow the bug creation process
Get Jira ticket id from Discourse topic reply
Open Jira ticket and make sure the image was attached to it and also displayed in bug description.
Change bug status
Check topic reply changes on Discourse
Repeat the 6 step and check that the first status comments was deleted and the new one was added
Expected Result
The bug should be created with attachments
The updated replies should be added to topic
