I am relatively new to TM. I have generated a bunch of models based on some Revit FBX exports. I have set up media views and am looking to export some Path Trace renders, on the highest setting.
The image produced has the dimensions of 3000x2000, DPI at 96 with bit depth of 24.
The file size is just 336kB! Less than 1 Megabyte!!
I was expecting above 10MB AT LEAST for a near 4K res image from TM.
The image was also pretty blurry, not of any quality whatsoever.
One ‘export’ setting which I’ve not seen covered in too many tutorials is the ‘Refinement’ option. I would just assume to generate a good image you’ll want to select ‘High’ in any setting.
I will try ‘Refinement’ off to see if this has the slightest difference.
What file size should I be obtaining with a 4k render as less than 1MB is clearly not right.
