Summary
There is currently an issue with joining in progress players (when they join spectating) after you .Respawn them, they will not subscribe to any .Subscribe() functions. Only work around is a Trigger through verse. Manually downing them, and then passing a trigger…
Also setting your island to “Join in progress : spawn” WILL NOT spawn them, I have tried everything, Island Spawners, and regular spawners, its an 80% chance they join spectating.
Down but not out device will stop allow players to pick up and throw players even with false.
reboot cards are being dropped even with the setting off

Steps to Reproduce
-
Set your island setting ‘Join In Progress : Spawn’ and have an island lives count of 2 or greater
-
DBNO Device setting ‘Pick up and throw players: false’ (I only had 1 DBNO device)
-
On island setting/ class setting/ team and inventory Life count: 1 or 2
Expected Result
-
It should spawn a player to an available spawner.
-
You shouldn’t be able to throw players EVEN with the setting off.
-
After reviving a player they should be able to pass through subscribable events.
Observed Result
1.Players will sometimes join spectating.
-
You are still able to pick up downed players.
-
After last spawn when a player spectates, if you .Respawn(Agent). they will not subscribe to another DBNO.DownedEvent, you must manually down them, and pass a trigger to receive the player.
