Hello,
I’m trying to join a team that my friend has created, but when I attempt to join, I’m being prompted to complete another age verification, even though I’m already a creator and was previously approved with my details. I am 18 years old, and I keep getting the message, “Verification failed. Please check your details and try again” when I submit my information.
How is it failing if I was able to apply to the creator program and was approved? I’m confident my information is correct, so I’m not sure why it’s not working now. Can you help me resolve this issue?
