Jitter in exe but not in editor

So we were using the vive and everything was working perfect on the builds and in the viewport, but now the client decided to switch to the oculus… Things are running smoothly in the editor but when I run the exe I get really bad graphic jitter. Any ideas? I have 3 980 ti’s. Why would it be working perfect in the vive and not the oculus? Doen’t the vive require more FPS anyways? And you would think it would render faster in a built game instead of an editor window…
